Do you deliver outside Lagos and Abuja?

Yes, We deliver to other states outside Lagos and Abuja, delivery costs start at 3000 for cities outside Lagos and the delivery time is three working days. Costs may vary depending on the item size as we expand our offerings.

 

Why haven’t I received my order?

Your order should arrive before the closing of business at 6 pm, except under certain unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delivered to you on a later date than usual, your delivery fee will be refunded.

 

What if I want to add to an order I just created?

We can’t add products to your order after processing your order. You will have to create a new order. If you need any help placing an order, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we can help you with your order.

 

My card isn’t working. What can I do?

Suppose you’re unable to process your payment via flutterwave using either your debit or credit card. You can also pay by making a bank transfer to our bank account “FLEVOR CARDS AND BOXES  LIMITED | 1233783656 | Access Bank”. Upon checkout, you’ll select the bank transfer option, and you’ll see a page with our bank account details. Once payment has been confirmed your order will be processed.

 

Can I pay on Delivery?

As most of our products are custom made for you, we need to confirm your payment to process your order, so we don’t accept cash on delivery.

 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do. Orders placed before 10 AM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) local time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM will ship the next business day.

If I cancel my order, do I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your order after receiving it for any reason, please call us on 08139452928, send a message via Whatsapp or email us at hi@flevor.co and we will sort out the issue as soon as possible. If for any reason you have to return or cancel your order after it has been processed and produced, you will not get a refund. 

  

Can I have my items delivered to different addresses in one order

We can only deliver your items to one address. If you want to send items to different addresses, you’ll need to create individual orders for each address.
